His credits include appearances with Jimmy Cobb, Houston Person, Freddy Cole, and Grady Tate. He has been featured on international television, including The Nippon Network, Telemundo, and German TV. Chertkoff has contributed to jazz recordings, pop projects, and film scores. His festival appearances include the Charlie Parker Jazz Festival, Markham Jazz Festival, Saratoga Jazz Festival, Rochester Jazz Festival, and Berghausen Jazz Festival. His playing is rooted in tradition and shaped by years on stages worldwide.
